'DailyBowlStudio' initiated with a foundational goal: to share true Neapolitan pizzeria experience with Rome. Originated by the Rossi lineage in 1985, we were a quaint, kin-run restaurant with cherished recipes passed down for many generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her ventures across Italy, acquiring knowledge from esteemed Neapolitan pizza authorities. Back in the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of genuine Italian pies, embracing age-old techniques and top-tier components.
What started as a humble eatery with just 12 seats has now flourished into a cherished local enterprise, yet our devotion to premier quality and true authenticity remains steadfast. We still maintain traditional wood oven baking, produce our dough from scratch each day, and seek out the best produce available.
Presently, 'DailyBowlStudio' is still controlled by the Rossi family's second-generation stewards, leading our devoted crew. While we have adopted new methods over time, our core mission endures: delivering sublime, original Italian pies that unite our patrons.
